Job Description

Cloud Platform Architect (2 Positions)Irving, TX3+ months Contract-to-Hire We are looking for a Cloud Platform Architect who will be responsible for leading the development of our core hybrid cloud management platform across multiple public and private cloud environments, including Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS, Google Cloud Platform, and VMware. 
 The Cloud Platform Architect is a lead architect who will be partnering with providers, architects, and other engineering teams in developing and maintaining the cloud management platform, as well as developing best practices.  Notes:Must be US Citizens & must able to go the Irving TX office everyday 

Responsibilities 
  • Design and architect Atos' cloud platforms with a focus on automation and infrastructure as code. 
  • Architect cloud solutions for massive scale, resiliency, and maintainability. 
  • Review and manage technical requirements and functional requirements for enhancing Atos' cloud management platform. 
  • Design architecture with various cloud providers that meet technical, security, and business needs. 
  • Design enterprise-wide, complex cloud infrastructure solutions. 
  • Stay abreast of current and emerging cloud technologies. 
 Qualifications 
  • Minimum of 10+ years in the IT field. 
  • 4+ years of experience building highly available and scalable cloud native platforms and solutions. 
  • Strong experience designing and building multi-tenant IaaS and PaaS cloud solutions with AWS, Azure, and/or GCP. 
  • Strong experience with cloud solution design patterns (micro services, messaging, distributed caching, etc.) 
  • Strong experience in infrastructure architecture with virtualization technologies. 
  • Strong experience with setting project vision/scope, team building, and overseeing delivery. 
  • Strong experience of leading the deployment of enterprise software solutions in client environments. 
  • Experience with ServiceNow and the ServiceNow data model. 
  • Experience in enterprise methodology frameworks such as TOGAF, Agile, and Waterfall. 
  • Experience leading delivery of managed IT services to enterprise customers. 
  • Ability to identify and enforce architectural best practices. 
  • Understanding of security compliance and managed services in cloud based workloads. 
  • Able to communicate effectively across groups of diverse backgrounds. 
  • Exceptional communication skills and proven track record of presenting to executive-level leadership.
  • Must be able to learn fast, adapt to new technologies, and keep current with industry trends
