We are currently seeking a full-time Business Development Manager to become a part of our growing Sales Organization. Individuals seeking a position in sales where you drive your own business and control your own financial outcome are encouraged to apply.Business Development Managers earn a competitive base salary and commission, giving a new BDM the opportunity to earn $100K+ depending on their sales acumen, self-motivation and relationship development abilities.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Prospect new business in the IT Staffing marketspace by networking, cold calling, advertising or other methods of producing interest from potential clients. 
  • Define and develop lead generation strategies and marketing plans for new accounts to further penetrate existing accounts.
  • Qualify all new business with the end client to ensure the recruiting team has the level of detail needed to resource, qualify and close potential candidates.
  • Solicit and provide timely and detailed feedback to the recruiting and management team on all open positions and active candidates
  • Maintains an ongoing relationship with prospective clients, both in-person and by phone, continuously identifying new opportunities within the clients’ organization
  • Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
  • Initiates personal growth by understanding market trends, attending educational sessions and actively networking.
  • Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM or other sales management system.
  • Submit weekly progress and expense reports and ensure data is accurate
Required Skills & Experience
  • 2+ years of successful sales experience and a proven track record for closing new accounts.
  • Proven ability to prospect, develop business, build relationships, communicate in oral and written communication, and actively network.
  • Previous experience in selling staffing solutions is preferred but not required.
  • Bachelor’s degree
