Description


Tier 3 EUC Support Analyst, with remote client management (RCM) coordination, Software Onboarding coordination and application deployment with SCCM experience.



Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in area of specialty and 4-6 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager standard concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks as directed by the customer. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a customer supervisor or manager.




•                      Candidate will be responsible for the planning and engineering of an organizations Desktop systems infrastructure.



•                      This will include the implementation and design of hardware platforms, and software onboarding.



•                      Candidate is to possess the knowledge in how to monitor the performance of Desktop systems through the use of Log files and associated Tools.



•                      Typically requires a bachelor degree in area of specialty and or 4-6 years of experience in the field or related area of Desktop support.



•                      Candidate needs to be familiar with industry standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.



•                      Candidate will perform a variety of tasks and may be asked to lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.



•                      Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.



•                      Candidate will be evaluated on their understanding of how SCCM application packages affect end users’ Desktop systems.



•                      Candidate is expected to have excellent verbal and written communication skills, customer service experience skills, and the ability to work with the customer internal departments to fulfil requests in a corporate environment.



•                      Candidate must be able to show flexibility and the ability to manage their time and handle frequent interruptions.



Job Requirements

 Experience:


•                      3+ years’ System Administrator or 4+ years’ desktop support tier 2/tier 3 corporate environment (5,000+ nodes) experience


•                      1 + year of experience pushing customized applications, patches, service packs, and infrastructure updates within SCCM 2012 or newer versions.


•                      1 + year SCCM configuration manager troubleshooting, SCCM customize packaging, and SMS client agent health remediation


•                      1+ year of experience in SCCM software Onboarding coordination


•                      1 + year SCCM image operating system deployment (OSD) operations


•                      1 + year active directory users and computers - active directory OU mismatch, administration of AD group management, conformity, troubleshooting, and correction


•                      1 + year McAfee, Sophos, or other AV administration


•                      1 + year experience creating professional technical documentation and procedures


•                      1 + year Bitlocker administration/remediation


•                      1 + year home drive moves and local administrator management


•                      1 + year Onboarding of the tablet programs (Surface Pro, HP Tablet, Win 8 Win 10)


•                      1 + year hardware Onboarding/validation of desktop, laptop and tablet (Win7 and Win 10)


•                      1 + year GPO testing/troubleshooting


•                      1 + year Microsoft USMT backup/restore


•                      1 + year Thin Client administration


•                      1 + year VPN Client administration


•                      1 + year patching implementation, rollout design, and continuing maintenance
