Sr. Project Manager/Scrum Master Irving, TX3+ months Contract-to-Hire Notes:Must be US Citizens, and will work at the Irving TX office everyday 

Seeking a self-motivated Project Manager with extensive experience in Agile / Scrum project methodology. The successful candidate will work directly with other Senior Project Managers, Program Managers, and senior level Technical resources to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. He or she will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of the project are compatible.   • Meet with team members and senior leadership to ensure project tasks align to project goals 
  • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with other team members 
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals 
  • Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis 
  • Facilitate daily scrums, stand-ups, and meetings to monitor project progress and resolve any issues the team may be experiencing 
  • Remove project obstacles, develop solutions with team 
  • Ensure milestones are reached and deadlines are met throughout project lifecycle 
  • Document progress and communicate to upper management and stakeholders 
  • Take responsibility for successful project delivery 
     
Project Manager / Scrum Master qualifications and skills 
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field required 
  • PMP certification preferred 
  • Scrum Master certification required 
  • 5-7 years' experience in information technology (IT) project management required 
  • Must possess leadership skills and experience 
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written 
  • Must possess the ability to explain intricate and complicated concepts and ideas 
  • Must possess the ability to work well with many different kinds of people, departments, and divisions
