Due to accelerated demand, we are looking to expand our recruiting team with an entry level Technical  Recruiter.

Recruiters will have access to:
  • Tons of qualified jobs to fill, both locally and nationwide
  • A well-diversified client base, with a steady mix of contract and direct hire jobs to work on
  • Major job boards including Monster and CareerBuilder 
  • 75+ job postings at a time
  • Our internal applicant tracking system with over 125K candidates 
  • A strong back office for onboarding and payroll
  • Recruiting Coordinator  that handles all postings and candidate submittals 
  • No extra administrative responsibilities are assigned to our recruiters--we like our recruiters to spend their time RECRUITING. 
  • Training program for new/early Recruiters and ongoing training for the entire Recruiting Team

You must be comfortable making a very high volume of phone calls and meeting candidates in person.  We are looking for candidates with strong headhunting abilities and are able to creatively network candidates.
